Welcome to Kidoura! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kidoura website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Kidoura ("Kidoura", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. 1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Kidoura. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

  1. User Accounts

    You may need to create an account to access certain features.

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

    You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

  2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Kidoura for lawful purposes only and not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Post or share harmful, offensive, or misleading content.

Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.

By submitting or posting any content through the Platform, you grant Kidoura a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content.

You represent and warrant that you own the rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

Kidoura is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kidoura and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Kidoura at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on the Platform or by other means. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Kidoura respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may notify us by email in accordance with the DMCA.

Your email must include the following information to be effective under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512):

Your name, address, telephone number, and a valid email address.

A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and take appropriate action, including notifying the user who posted the content.

  1. E-Commerce Directive Notice (EU Users)

Kidoura acts as a hosting provider under the E-Commerce Directive (Directive 2000/31/EC) and is not liable for user-submitted content unless we have actual knowledge of unlawful activity or content and do not act expeditiously to remove or disable access to it.

If you believe that any content on Kidoura is unlawful or violates your rights, you may notify us with the following information:

Your full name and contact details.

A clear identification of the content in question and its location (e.g., a direct URL).

A description of why the content is unlawful or infringes your rights.

A statement confirming the accuracy of your claim and that you are authorized to act, if applicable.
